I love kids Easter crafts with my son. I’m dreading the day when he decides he’s too old for such things anymore! I’m probably on borrowed time now that he’s a teenager but at least I’ll always have great memories of the fun, laughs (and some disasters) we’ve had making homemade gifts together for loved ones at this special time of year.
If your child has the attention span of a gnat (like my son sometimes has) then these are the perfect Easter crafts to try. They’re quick, easy, cheap and so rewarding. You’ll probably need to make two of everything though as the kids won’t give away the fruits of their labours!
Most Popular Kids Easter Crafts
With a little simple origami and some pretty paper, you can help your child make cute little paper Easter baskets – just waiting to be filled with mini eggs and given to loved ones.
Here’s our new favourite craft this year! Everyone wanted one of these homemade egg nests, especially when we filled them up with beautifully hand-decorated eggs. See how cheap and easy they are to make.
We love doing our bit to keep traditional Easter crafts live. These decorated eggs look impressive and tricky but it’s child’s play to make your own stunning decorated eggs…
Yummy yummy traditional Easter cookies! They’re very easy to make and perfect for dunking.
Easter Gifts for Teacher
Teachers love to receive cheerful little homemade gifts and when they find them packed with mini chocolate eggs they love them even more!
